ABSTRACT
This paper aims to investigate the influence of Liquidity ratio(LR), Risk Diversification (RD), and Adaptive Financing (AF) on the level of Investment Management Strategies (IMS) in Yemeni Commercial banks during a prolonged crisis. We construct a panel dataset using annual reports of ten Yemeni Commercial banks covering the period 2014–2022; the choice of these banks was based on the availability of data.  Employing STATA17 for statistical analysis, we apply multiple analytical approaches, including robust standardized regression and panel data analysis. Our findings indicate that Robust standardized regression confirms this hierarchy, with statistically significant effects for all three variables (RD > LR > AF). In addition, Panel data analysis further demonstrates that the combined predictors explain 93% of the variance (R² = 0.93). Results derived from the pooled panel regression and robust standardized regression consistently indicate that all three dimensions exert a positive and statistically significant influence on Investment Management Strategies (IMS).
